Giorgi Gogokhia

President & Co-Founder
Giorgi is a strong leader and goal-oriented professional with a background in law, management, and cross-border operations. He holds advanced law degrees from The George Washington University, BPP University in London, and the University of Debrecen.
His expertise spans corporate law, contracts, compliance, and startup governance, combining legal insight with business judgment. He has held management and leadership roles across industries, negotiating international agreements, and overseeing corporate governance.
Giorgi has completed extensive pro bono service and engaged in international conferences. His commitment to public service has been recognized with the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award – Gold, honoring his dedication to strengthening communities through volunteer service and outstanding work in the public interest.

Elene Abramidze

Co-Founder
Elene is a dedicated legal professional with a background in corporate, commercial, and international law. She holds advanced law degrees from The George Washington University and the University of Debrecen, and is a member of the Georgian Bar Association, having achieved the highest score on the 2023 Georgian National Bar Exam.
Her expertise spans contract negotiation, compliance, and cross-border transactions, combining legal insight with business judgment. She has advised companies in real estate and healthcare, represented clients in litigation and regulatory matters, and contributed to corporate law research. She has also supported pro bono immigration initiatives with the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Elene has engaged in international conferences on antitrust, EU law, and cross-border regulation. Fluent in multiple languages and experienced in diverse jurisdictions, she brings global perspective and commitment to public service to every role.

Gia Markoidze

Co-Founder
Gia is a legal professional and researcher with extensive experience in law enforcement, academia, and international legal development. He has served in senior legal and supervisory roles in the Georgian law enforcement agency, supervising teams. Gia is a member of the Georgian Bar Association.
As a lecturer at Georgia’s No 1-ranked law school, Gia has taught procedure law. He has also worked with the UN and other international organizations as an expert on governance and regulatory frameworks. His academic research focuses on corporate, competition, and procedural law, with publications featured in Concurrences and available on HeinOnline. Gia is currently a Ph.D. student at Tbilisi State University, where he is completing his dissertation.
He holds an LL.M. in Business and Finance Law (Highest Honors) from The George Washington University Law School and graduated No 1 in both his LL.B. and LL.M. programs at Tbilisi State University, ranking first among approximately 1,000 graduates.

Ana Baiadze

Co-Founder
Ana is an Oxford-educated professional in law and finance, combining a strong economic background with advanced legal expertise and applying a multidisciplinary perspective to finance, regulation, and public policy. She holds an MSc in Law and Finance (Merit) from the University of Oxford and three summa cum laude degrees from Georgia—a Master’s in Private and Tax Law and two Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics.
Ana is a Consultant with the World Bank’s Development Economics Vice Presidency, conducting comparative research on competition frameworks and institutional indicators to strengthen regulatory systems and promote sustainable private-sector growth. She previously worked with the Bank of Georgia and the Business Association of Georgia, contributing to key legislative initiatives including corporate law, commercial banking, payment systems, labor law, and consumer protection.
Holding a lawyer’s license in Georgia, Ana also lectures at Tbilisi State University and is committed to fostering governance that empowers private enterprise and investment.
